Five-axis linkage trimming machine for clear aligners and retainers
The MaxTrim T1 is a five-axis linkage trimming machine that automatically cuts clear aligners and retainers along the gingival line, replacing slow manual trimming. Whole-disc vacuum adsorption holds the sheet while Maxflex’s OrthoCurve gingiva-line software guides the cut — producing burr-free edges on PETG, TPU, and multi-layer sheets in around 30 seconds at ±0.01 mm accuracy.
